The report notes that since the entry into force of the Istanbul Convention, no national policy document or strategy has been developed which would set out, at the central level, common definitions of violence against women and domestic violence, and which would set objectives to achieve throughout the country to further the implementation of the convention, placing the rights of victims at the centre of all measures and giving due importance to the gendered nature of the different forms of such violence.

Auf der Grundlage mittlerweile vorliegender Daten wird dabei eine Anpassung der Regelbedarfe um 4,6 Prozent ermittelt. Die Preise steigen aber schneller. Die Inflation beträgt im Juli 2022 gegenüber dem Vorjahresmonat bereits 7,5 Prozent. Die Menschen würden ärmer.
